About

I started practicing hair as a trade in high school, where I achieved high honors in my program. In 2004, I earned my hair licensure and embarked on my career. After five years of working in a suburban salon, I decided to take my career to the next level in the city. MJS was the perfect fit for me and a way to strengthen my future in this industry. I am passionate about my career and eager to learn new techniques and trends.

Why I became a stylist:
Hair is a great outlet for my creativity. You always can try something new while progressing in your skill set. Being able to transform someone and help them achieve a true sense of beauty is rewarding and exciting.

What’s your favorite Living Proof Product and Why?
Full Thickening Mousse – it gives great volume without being too heavy or sticky.

One trade secret you would share:
Don’t wash your hair every day, it will keep your hair healthy and maintain color from fading.

When not at the salon, is most likely found:
Out and about in the city with my friends.
