PUNCTUALITY
At Mitchell John we are committed to being on time for our clients and appreciate the same in return. We also understand that life happens, so a courtesy call to update us on a delay is always appreciated and as always, we’ll do our best to be most accommodating.
RESERVATION
All appointments are held with a credit card.
CANCELLATION
Mitchell John Salon requires 24 hours notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments.
MISSED APPOINTMENT
There is a charge for all missed appointments and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. The fee is 100% of the cost of the services booked. However, if you reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours notice and we’re able to fill the resulting vacancy you will not be charged.
SCHEDULING
To ensure your best choice of appointment times, we suggest that you schedule your next service before leaving the salon. By doing so you will also be eligible for our Points Program where you can earn points redeemable for products!
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Debit Cards as well as cash in payment for services and products. We cannot accept gratuities on a credit card.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates in any denomination are always available for purchase at the front desk. Giving one is the perfect way to introduce friends and family to MJS .
CHILDREN
We’re happy to book appointments for individuals 13 and up. Also, due to safety concerns and our commitment to providing our patrons with a relaxing, stress-free environment, we ask that no children 12 and under be brought to appointments. We do understand that unexpected circumstances may come up, In the situation where bringing your child is unavoidable, we require that the child must be accompanied by an adult not being serviced and remain seated in the waiting area at all times.

Mitchell John is a smoke free environment.
EDUCATION
We are committed to the professional growth and development of our stylists. Our stylists participate in ongoing training both inside and outside of the salon so that our clients receive the best, services possible.
YOUR CLOTHING & PERSONAL ITEMS
Smocks are provided for you to change into prior to your service to protect your clothing. Coat racks are available to hang your garments as well. We are happy to keep purses and briefcases behind the desk during your services for your convenience. Mitchell John Salon will not replace clothing, purses, briefcases or other personal belongings damaged during hair services.
PETS
As animal lovers, we respectfully do not allow pets onsite due to safety concerns along with the well being of our patrons.
