Policy

Cancellations.

All appointments are secured with either a Visa or MasterCard.  If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment and are unable to provide adequate notice the card on file will be charged for 100% of the services booked.  However, if we’re able to fill the vacant appointment, we’re more than happy to waive any charges.

Punctuality.

Please contact a salon coordinator if it appears that you are going to be late to an appointment and we promise to do the same for you if we’re running behind!  If you are expecting to be more than fifteen minutes late we cannot guarantee completion of the services booked, but as always, we’ll make every effort to do so.

Personal items.

MJS is not responsible for personal items that have been damaged during services.  Smocks are provided prior to appointments to ensure that your clothing looks as great when you leave as it did when you arrived!

Payment methods.

Cash, Visa, MasterCard and MJS Gift Cards are acceptable tenders for all services and products.  Unfortunately we are unable to add gratuities for stylists and assistants to credit or gift cards.

Revisions.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your services we ask for the opportunity to correct them at no additional cost to you.  Services must be booked with the original stylist within two weeks from the original service date.

Children.

We are unable to accommodate children under thirteen years old within the salon.  We must insist that in the event that bringing your child is unavoidable, they remain seated in the waiting area, accompanied by an adult.  We truly appreciate your understanding!

Pets.

Unfortunately we are unable to allow any pets into the salon (service animals excluded).
